Is it effective? Here is one tip for you .   Let's turn to true hacker in the world of foreign words. And the dictionary you write lesson by lesson will turn to your land. You will be the owner of constantly developing land, the owner whose influence area grows wide.  Look attentively, I will tell this only once and you decide what to do with that knowledge.

There are 10 parts of speech in Russian language. Little by little you will know them all.  1. Noun (существи́тельное): дом, сад, мечта 2. Pronoun (местоиме́ние): я, ты, они, вы, мой, чей, наш... 3. Ajective (прилага́тельное): хороший (дом), плохая (погода), прекрасная (картина)... 4. Verb (глаго́л): читать, делать, говорить, петь 5. Adverb (наре́чие): хорошо, плохо, отлично, превосходно 6. Numeral (числи́тельное): один, десять, сто, миллион 7. Preposition (предло́г): в, на 8. Conjunction (сою́з): и, а 9. Particle (части́ца): не 10. If you stumble upon multisyllables, you should keep in mind that Russian vowels   А   and  О   in unstressed position sound reduced . That doesn't mean that stressed vowel sounds longer. Stressed vowels, as we noted before, sound bright and clear. And unstressed vowels  А  and  О  sound as short [а]. If you are into philology, then let us note  two kinds of reduction . The first one is quantitative reduction , which means that unstressed vowels А and О sound shorter than stressed vowels.
